[Lexicog] DDP Dictionary Development Program

I'd like to look into the Dictionary Development Program that Ron Moe
presents in W&D 2.1.  The article says that the materials are included on
the accompanying CD.  I'm assuming that the accompanying CD was the one
labeled 2.1, Disk 4 Update, but I haven't been able to find the materials
there.  Where can I find these materials?  Or even better, where can I find
a more recent update of these materials?
