[Lexicog] Lexique Pro 2.1.1 - reversal fields bug fix

My apologies... a bug crept into Lexique Pro 2.1 which will affect you if
you use reversal fields. Both \re and \ge fields would show up in the index,
rather than the \re overriding the \ge.

This has now been fixed, so please download 2.1.1 from www.lexiquepro.com if
you have this problem. It has a few other minor bug fixes, but this is the
main one. It might be worth deleting the .idx index files that 2.1 created
so as to force 2.1.1 to recreate them.
