[Lexicog] cyrillic with Toolbox

That might work, to type into a spreadsheet and then import into Toolbox.

The file would have to be UTF 8 encoded though, and no Byte Order Mark
(BOM) at the beginning.

You would also need a CC table or some other process to put in backslash
markers for Toolbox, a CC table could do this from a CSV file.
