[Lexicog] bilingualised and bridge dictionaries

Hi,
I am writing an MA thesis on bilingual dictionaries
and I would like to insert some practical examples to
show the main difference between bilingualised and
bridge dictionaries. Could you give me some
bibliographical references of bilingualised and bridge
dictionaries? If I am not wrong, Cobuild published
something on this domain.
