Hi, Wayne,

It is a New Year to you, too.

IN Spanish people say "Feliz An~o Nuevo" ('happy new year') or just
"Feliz An~o" ('happy year') but the interesting thing about it is that
it is a legitimate way to greet people even in February if you haven't
seen them since the first half of December!

In Embera we don't really have a greeting but on the cultural calendar
we wrote 'the first day of the new year'.

Best wishes to all for 2005,

Chaz
