[Lexicog] "orientate" and orthoepists

The laureate in the quotation from Shaw below would have been Robert
Bridges, who held very strange views on the character of English prosody and
did actually write quantitative verse (as in Greek and Latin) in English;
fortunately he also wrote accentual verse.
