[Lexicog] Shoebox help

I suspect this is unavoidable -- the export process was probably not
written to check if the subentry is identical with the main entry.

Once the file is exported, you could do a search on "see" to find all of
these in the list and you could then delete the "see" + entry word when it
was a duplicate.
