[Lexicog] factional

Wayne,

It is interesting that when I did a google search for "factional" and 
"fictional" the google searcher asked me 'Did I mean "fractional"' yet found 
over 7000 hits of "factional" and "fictional" used together. So it looks 
like "factional' as a replacement for "factual" is well established. Who 
started it?
