[Lexicog] new DDP website

SIL International has just set up a website for the Dictionary Development
Program (DDP). You can check it out at (http://www.sil.org/computing/ddp/).
>From now on I'll be posting new versions and additions to the website,
rather than distributing them by email. The major new addition is a set of
materials for a lexicography course. I've posted a few things and will be
adding the rest as I have time to edit them for public consumption. There
are also a few translations of the materials (French, Spanish, Swahili, and
Malay). Other translations will be posted as they are completed.
