I don't know what problem you are encountering. It works for me. You could
try going to the SIL home page www.sil.org and follow the links. Try cutting
and pasting the following into your web browser:

http://www.sil.org/computing/ddp/

Dictionary Development
Program (DDP). You can check it out at
