[Lexicog] marking semantic domain subcategories

Just a quick P.S. on this. I went back and tried again on creating
multiple levels of subordinate categories, and this time it worked fine for
4 levels (I actually didn't find any limit, but only had 4 categories to
play with in the data, so that's as far as the testing went). The program
crash I reported previously must have been caused by something else.
