[Lexicog] sorting order in LexiquePro

Dear Ho Hai Tui,
Try adding another field with substitute letters that you can sort, and
then sort by that field. Another possibility is to add  "a an ang" as part
of the sort order for each of the vowels.

Please switch Encoding to Unicode UTF-8  -  Dear Colleagues  -   I do find
LexiquePro an excellent tool for us, lexicographers. However, there are
problems with one of the most important features of the process of making
dictionaries - the sorting order. Would its sorting order be more flexible,
or leave out the sorting for the dictionary maker to make his/her own
sorting program, it would be much better.   I have put some hundred of
entries in LexiquePro and found out that problem of sorting.  -  In
Vietnamese, we have the following alphabet:   - vowels:   a Ã  áº£ Ã£ Ã¡
áº¡ Äƒ áº± áº³ áºµ áº¯ áº· Ã¢ áº§ áº© áº« áº¥ áº e Ã¨ áº» áº½ Ã© áº¹ Ãª á»
á»ƒ á»… áº¿ á»‡ i Ã¬ á»‰ Ä© Ã á»‹ o Ã² á» Ãµ Ã³ á» Ã´ á»" á»• á»— á»` á»™

put the sorting order of the tone marks, which is 1. [no tone mark]
 - like ba     2. `                        - like bÃ      3. ?
       - like báº£     4. ~                      - like bÃ£     5. '
             - like bÃ¡     6. . [dot under the syllable] - like báº¡
because in Vietnamese, we count every word-syllable as one unit with its
tone mark included, for example:  bÃ¡nh  -  bÃ¡n  - báº£  -  bÃ ng  -
báº¡t -  bÃ¡  -  bÃ¡t     So if we put the above sorting order in
LexiquePro, it will sort:    bÃ ng  -  báº£  -  bÃ¡ -  bÃ¡n - bÃ¡nh - bÃ¡t
-  báº¡t    where it must be:     báº£  -  bÃ¡ -  bÃ¡n -  bÃ ng  -  bÃ¡nh
-  bÃ¡t  -  báº¡t     How can I solve this problem: export to .rtf or .html
and sort there? It must be rather complicated. Any advice are welcome.
