[Lexicog] TshwaneLex 1.0 -- Professional Lexicography Software Released

We do currently have a basic Shoebox importer, but it is in a bit of an 
"alpha" state, i.e. not ready for 'public release', but we can use it 
to help convert documents if anyone needs to. Depending on the level of 
demand we will expand/improve it. (I would appreciate if anyone else 
who might be interested in such an importer, please e-mail me and let 
me know.)
