[Lexicog] Reverse Dictionary

Currently I have been searching on reverse dictionary, but I haven't 
found much information. I need every information on reverse dictionary, 
especially about its history, basic features and about reverse 
dictionary making. 
Could you please inform me about any source,link or information related 
with reverse dictionary?
