[Lexicog] semantic extension

I am familiar with "semantic extension" as the technical term. "Semantic
shift" is correct, too.

Apart from that, anyone can feel free to coin a new term depending on his
point of view of the process: semantic imperialism, semantic enrichment,
semantic embiggenment .
