Thanks for the reply.  Coincidently, I started playing with Wiktionary
yesterday.  It seems like an obvious idea, I just spent a lot of time
confused about how the thing works.  But I will play with the "Z"
version next week and see if the light comes on!

In most of the applications I forsee this isn't really a problem but an
opportunity for language communities to take databases and expand on
them or use them as the basis for a variety of publications.
