[Lexicog] question about markers

dear friends,

I was wondering what is the best way to encode an entry like this
using the MDF markers:

kaboo n in the expression "kaboo and happy" stoned

Here kaboo means stoned but only in this particular expression. 
(This entry is imaginary, only for the sake of the example.)

/lx kaboo
/ps n
/ge stoned

but how am I to handle the rest?
