That is the first line of an ad just posted on Facebook. It's not your 
grandfather's shaver. It's not your father's shaver. It's not the mother of 
all shavers. It's a new iPod of shavers.

Wow! How little time it takes in technologized English for a tradename to 
become a descriptor.
