[Lexicog] MS Keyboard Layout Creator

Dear lexicographers,

 

I am trying to use a keyboard created with the MS Keyboard Layout Creator in
Toolbox, but some of the Unicode characters come out as question marks.
Everything works fine with the Tavultesoft Keyman keyboard, but we would
like to use the MS keyboard.

Any suggestions what I should look into?
