You can download the Dictionary Development Process (DDP) materials from the
SIL website (http://www.sil.org/computing/ddp/index.htm ). I believe there
is an Amharic translation of the materials, but I don't have a copy of them.
You should be able to get some help from Eeva Gutt of SIL.
