Yeah, Ron, and are bushes plants or trees? How about willow trees which are basically bushes? I'm glad that you emphasized working with an indigenous semantic taxonomy. It is too easy for us to fall into the trap of trying to apply one of several kinds of semantic taxonomies to lexical work. And, of course, as soon as indigenous peoples are exposed to Western "science" in school, that begins to affect their semantic taxonomies. We will never run out of complications in lexicography!
