[Lexicog] Tshwanelex DTD

Hello,

I would like to know how to make some paragraphs or my whole dictionary "free-for-all" with Tshwanelex.
Some weeks ago, some of you said it was possible to do that, but nobody told exactly how I could do that. I can't find any convenient way to put my stuff in order with a "normal" DTD, and I've lost much time trying to do so, so I'd like to make certain paragraphs "free-for-all" if possible, or even to make the whole dictionary "free-for-all".
