[Lexicog] New YouTube channel for TLex tutorial videos

FYI, we've just started a new YouTube channel for training and 'tips 
and tricks' videos for TLex, tlTerm, tlDatabase etc.

Currently there is only one little video there, but we'll upload 
some more over time, as we get a chance.
