[Lexicog] Lexicography software for Mac

I'm working on a name dictionary and was wondering what software people could recommend to use. I work on a Mac. I need software to set up the custom fields (since a name dictionary does not have senses for example), collect the information on each name, and then format the data for publishing. Unicode support is important, as I want to offer different versions of the names, some in RTL languages as well. I'm familiar with Adobe InDesign, so if the software could export into a format I could import into InDesign, that would be great.
