[Lexicog] TshwaneLex vs. FieldWorks Language Explorer

Has anyone of you on this list used both TshwaneLex (TLex) and
FieldWorks Language Explorer (FLEx) for writing dictionaries?

What are, in your opinion, advantages and disadvantages of these two
programs (except for the fact that the former is commercial, while the
latter is free).

I used to use FLEx, but I have been experimenting with TLex in the
past few months.
