Dear ACL Members,

As a first step toward full automatic membership services, the ACL has
set up a Registration Web page. Presently we do not yet have a secure
server and thus cannot accept NEW credit card information.  However,
if you wish to charge your membership to the same credit card that you
used last time you registered, please visit http://www.aclweb.org and
click on the "Membership form" link.

This is a first step toward a totally on-line membership form. Please
