New features include:

    -Real rather than Prolog-fake beta-reduction (from Blackburn and
       Bos)
    -Therefore a reasonably accurate version of 'new glue' notation.
    -And a notational variant thereof that might be more perspicuous
      in at least some cases (the revised version of the one I've
      suggested in recent postings here)
    -Minor interface enhancements and bugfixes and some substantial
        logic bugfixes.
