First announcement of forthcoming book from Multilingual Matters

Would Professor Lo Bianco, or anyone else know where I could find Bourdieu's
quote that languages are treasures and people are storehouses?  I read it in
the early '80's in the Austrailian journal edited by Lo Bianco.
