Yes. I would be interested to join the Network. It'll be useful to initiate
by preparing a working note on the subject and consolidate views of
different members joining the Group.

I'll be in a position to respond at length later, after returning from the
UNESCO meeting discussing the issues of mother tongue teaching in
multilingual contexts being held in Paris mid-September.
