EBLUL is glad to announce that the Commission has launched a EUR 1.3 Million
Call for Proposals for two kinds of projects.

1) projects to disseminate information on the potential of European
programmes to promote regional and minority languages;
2) projects to to set up networks of actors working in language learning and
linguistic diversity. It is important that key groups

The promotion of lesser-used languages fits into both kinds of projects! The
amount of each grant is from EUR 125 000 to 250.000. Please note that the
Community grant normally covers up to 50 % of the eligible costs.
The deadline for receipt of applications is 26 September 2003.
Project-activities have to start not earlier than in December 2003.
Therefore only costs made as from 1 December 2003 will be taken into
consideration.
