LPRU Website Update - New feature - Language Policy Forums!

Dear LPRU subscriber,

The Language Policy Research Unit is pleased to announce a new feature
called "Forums" at www.language-policy.org

The initial Forum presents policy statements and prespectives from the
Second Annual Conference on Heritage Language Education and invited leading
experts on heritage language education, including

Future forums will include postings from other major conferences and
roundtables addressing language policy issues.

The forums may be accessed by clicking on "Forums" from the left-hand index,
or "Language Policy Forums" from the front page table of contents (
www.language-policy.org <http://www.language-policy.org> ).

The Press Archives, featuring thousands of newspaper articles from the
English language press from around the world, have also been updated to
August 2001. These can be accessed by clicking on "News Archives" from the
left-hand index, or in the table of contents on the home page.
