format of this listserv, which became available to request a week or two
ago.  The header of this list is addressed as "Multiple recipients of
list" <lgpolicy-list at ccat.sas.upenn.edu>

It is possible that your email system is blocking this, or that your spam
blocker is blocking it.  If you are still experiencing problems, please
check with your IT people at your institution to see if there is some kind
of problem with messages with this header.
