Ukraine: dubbing foreign movies

President commissioned Prime Minister to resolve dubbing
foreign movies in Ukrainian language

In order to strengthen Ukraine's positions and to hold balanced language
policy I would ask you to assume measures to keep to the Law of Ukraine
"On Cinematography", the President noted. Viktor Yushchenko is concerned
over canceling of 2nd, 3rd and 12th paragraphs of the Article 2 of the
Government's resolution "On Distribution and Show of Films" by the Kyiv
Court of Appeal. This may have a bad impact on fulfillment of rights and
interests of Ukrainians.
