Emory's Program in Linguistics and Emory College Language Center
announce a three-year renewable lectureship/senior lectureship in
Linguistics, to direct a new program in self-instruction of Less
Commonly Taught Languages (LCTLs) and to teach courses in Linguistics;
3/2 course load with reductions for administrative responsibilities.
Ph.D. required.
Must have background in linguistics or linguistic anthropology with
knowledge of second language acquisition, applied linguistics or field
linguistics. Experience in teaching and in directing LCTL programs
preferred.
Send letter of application, C.V., and three letters of recommendation
to: Prof. Donald Tuten, Chair, Search Committee, Program in
Linguistics, Emory University, Atlanta, GA 30322
Review of applications will begin November 15, 2007.
