Ohio Language Roadmap for 21st Century Unveiled

The Ohio Language Roadmap, a report that calls for increased foreign
language proficiency for all Ohioans, was released on Thursday,
October 25 at Metro High School in Columbus before a standing room
only crowd of more than 150. Ohio was one of three states selected by
the U.S. Departments of Defense, Commerce and Labor to help refine the
nation's policy on foreign language proficiency. The other two were
Oregon and Texas.
