Apologies for personal messages to whole list

Twice in the last few weeks (including a few minutes ago) I have sent
messages about address changes
of the membership to the whole list by accident.  This happens when I
assume a request to change an
address has come to me from an individual, and not been sent to the
whole list. I'll try to read these
return addresses more carefully in the future.
