Two quick thoughts about areas to include in your list:
1) "L10n" or "local language computing" policy.
2) The reverse of what you propose to research (for context &
comparison): language policies that support other languages over local
languages.

Subject: Language Policies impact on business
I am compiling a list of examples of language policies that support local
languages over other languages in the form of employment or business
operations
laws. Does anyone have examples to share?
