The first batch of IPBA Overseas Link Degree Programme graduates is
set to raise the level of English in schools.
THE teaching of the English Language in both urban and rural schools
is expected to be enhanced with the recent graduation of 122 teachers.
The new teachers who were the first batch to complete their Overseas
Link Degree Programme at IPBA (International Languages Teacher
Training Institute) received their Bachelor of Education (Teaching of
English as a Second Language) scrolls from Deputy Education Minister
Datuk Razali Ismail at a graduation ceremony held recently.
