Commission for further modernization of state language policy holds session

Members of the Commission discussed perspectives of further
modernization of legislative base in the field of state language
development.

A Bill "On introduction of amendments to the Law "On languages of the
Republic of Kazakhstan", proposals on amendments to the Law "On public
service" and implementation of KAZTEST system were discussed during
the session as well.

The participants of the session paid special attention to a list of
professions, specialties and positions that require competence in
state language on a definite level and in accordance with
qualification.

Members of the Commission supported Bills "On introduction of
amendments to the Law "On languages of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and
"On public service", offered for consideration.
