More cartoons

I have added some more cartoons to the lgpolicy cartoons page at
http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/plc/clpp/images/cartoons/cartoons.html

Please feel free to contribute any good ones you have; send them to
me, and I'll put them up.
As you can see from what's there, the most common topics are (1)
Spanish (or "Mock Spanish"),
(2) Ebonics (or mock Ebonics), (3) making fun of certain political
figures' dialects, or use of the
English language,  (4) officialization of English, and (5) immigration
control through officialization
of English or whatever.

If you have good cartoons that have a text in another language, please
feel free to send them with
a translation, if need be.
