Messages for the list manager sent to whole list

Dear All,

Just a reminder that if you wish to send me, the list manager, a message about
your subscription, please send it to me personally and not to the entire list.
The address to use is hfsclpp at gmail.com or hfsclpp at ccat.sas.upenn.edu.

The latter (ccat) address will soon expire, however, as the ccat
server is going to be
shut down sometime soon.  I will inform you about migrating this listserv to
another server, and which addresses to use.
