Acting chairman of Language Policy Department appointed

Kuanyshbek Zhumanov has been appointed acting chairman of Department
of Language Policy and Information of the Internal Ministry of
Kazakhstan. Vice chairman of the press service of the department Ernur
Uali informed today at the weekly briefing in the Ministry of Internal
Affairs, "Kazakhstan Today" agency reports.


"Kuanyshbek Zhumanov has been appointed acting chairman of Department
of Language Policy and Information of the Internal Ministry of
Kazakhstan," E. Uali informed.


According to the press service, K. Zhumanov earlier worked in the
president's administration.
