FOREIGN LANGUAGE POLICY:
Students, faculty members and staff must register for foreign
languages courses in Infosys during the registration period. Visitors
and those who, for some reason, are not able to register in Infosys
can also register with the CAW Coordinator in person, by the
registration deadline. Registration in Infosys is not valid without
having paid the course fee.
The course fee must be paid by IN CASH AT THE CEU CASH DESK by the end
of the registration period, upon presenting a printed Infosys
registration sheet, containing the course name.
Once registration is closed, enrollment is still possible if places
are available in the relevant group.
Regular courses start only if at least 7 participants have enrolled by
the end of the registration period. Hungarian beginner courses can
start only if at least 10 people registered for them (as they are
subsidized by the university). The maximum student number in those
groups is 15.
If a course is cancelled, the fee will be reimbursed at the CEU Cash
Desk upon presenting the receipt of course payment.
Dropping a course is possible till the last day of the registration
period only. Before that date the course fee that had been already
paid, will be reimbursed. However, after that date reimbursement will
not be possible.
