Singapore Launches Speak Mandarin Campaign 2010



At the Speak Mandarin Campaign 2010 launch, Minister Gan Kim Yong said
that to be proficient in Mandarin, one should start young and embrace
it as a living language.



He also highlighted the rising importance of Mandarin and the
advantageous position of Singapore’s bilingual ability.
