[lg policy] Bounces leading to removal from list

All,

I just received an email from the server here saying that a number of
members of this
list, mostly members of sil.org, have had too many bounced messages,
and have been
removed from this list.  This is the first time I've seen people
removed after bouncing.
Does anybody know if the server at sil is malfunctioning?  I don't
want to lose people
this way.
