Africa language policy not 'far-fetched' - UCT expert

A proposal to make the study of at least one African language
compulsory at tertiary level is not that far-fetched if one considers
existing language policies at universities, according to Mbulungeni
Madiba, of the Multilingual Education Programme at UCT.
