might ban Russian toponyms:

Interestingly, two days ago Kyrgyzstan Parliament Committee on
constitutional law and government supported the bill to name a
mountain after Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. The idea to name
the mountain after Vladimir Putin, was announced by the head of the
cabinet Almazbek Atambayev after his New Year's eve visit to Moscow,
when Russia promised to reduce of export duties on petroleum products.
