Ode to In'l Mother Language Day
As her homage to Ekushey February (International Mother Language Day),
singer Anamika Tripura rendered the song "Amar Bhai-er Roktey Ranganao
Ekushey February", written by Abdul Gaffar Chowdhury, into Kokborok, mother
tongue of the Tripura community.
The Kokborok version of the song goes "Aani Takuni Thoibai Ekushni February
Aang Tama Khaioi Palok Nai/ Basa Kamajaknoi Amarkoni Muktuibai Mangnai
February..."
