Legal Action Against Violators Of language Policy

National Languages and Social Integration Minister Vasudeva
Nanayakkara has said that legal action would be taken against state
institutions that violate the official language policy.
Nanayakkara has said that government institutions have been directed
to issue circulars both in Sinhala and Tamil languages.
He has said that some institutions were still issuing circulars in
Sinhala language causing difficulties to the government offices and
public in the North and East provinces.
According to the Minister, complaints have been received on several
