[lg policy] open access journals or not ?

Dear Members , 
 
When it comes to publishscholarly  works, there are some researchers who opt for journals which are well protected , where the reades have to pay to have a copy , whereas others prefer open acces journals because of their short delay of reviewing but the authors' works are exposed and may be plagued more often than in protected journals .
